Our company has been established in 7 December 2001 year.
From Azerbaijan Republic Audits Chamber in 10 January 2002 year AT/031 registration number about “Auditor activity” has been given to society for realizing audit services for Azerbaijan local and foreign companies.
Society includes to its activity object treatment with business subjects also the resolution of authorized government system direction.
Society is the member of Azerbaijan Republic Audits Chamber. As the member of chamber society carries out below duties:
- Follow the existed legislation about audits;
- Up to audit realization, to fulfill of Audits Chamber confirmed standards, instructions, recommendation and methodic directions in whole and accurately;
- Provide the support of customers interest following to ethics and occupation standards;
- Bringing information and accounts related to your activity sourced Audits Chamber confirmed account forms;
- To pay membership amount defined by Audits Chamber Assembly;
- During the realization of audit service to keep all database confidential (except the request of court demand);
- Follow the “Audits services” item in Azerbaijan Republic Law intended prohibitions;
- During the execute of occupation to keep independent steps;
- Except of audits activity not to deal with another activity.

The methodology of realization of order
Audit is carried out conformity with national standards also international standards requirements. (International Standards of Auditing):
Planning of audit- in general plan collecting enough data and first analyse, with estimation of internal supervision system solidity and audits risks, to define audits realizing methods and ways, according to audits standards choosing auditors, with determination of efficiency level of audit and auditor risk defining of audit needs fields and planning of audit procedures.
Realizing of audit- up to essential, fulfilling audits procedures and receive audit data, estimation of collected facts’ legislative and legal accordance point of view and put together all audits sum account and recommendations.
Presenting the account- is about deliver the results of audit to customer.
