Bayramov Islam Qurban oglu was born in 1962 year in West Azerbaijan. He started his primary education in Baku and then entered to Russia Voronezh university in 1980. After graduating university as a economist he continued his activity in Azerbaijan’s Devechi village in 2№ grape refinery factory as head economist. Then he worked in the same factory as a head accountant. For the next years he has worked in Space Investigations Science-Production Union as a head accountant, in Nesimi district Taxes Inspection as chief of department and with own profession in different places.

From 1995 year he began his audit activity, For a long time period he worked in Baku representative of KPMG audit company as a assistant of head. Gaining huge practice in this company influenced him quite useful. Now Islam Bayramov is one the best auditors in Azerbaijan. His leading company is also one the best.
